10 Ways to Unwind from the Studio


1. Get a massage

2. Take a Breath - breathe 10 times with eyes closed and pretend you're on a beach somewhere

3. Make sure to feed your soul with your favorite music on the way home or go listen to one of your favorite bands at the local club.

4. Play piano – or listen to someone else you love play

5. Talk to your mentor to help you stay positive and focused

6. Put your pajamas on as soon as you get home from work

7. Sip on a glass of wine

8. Drive to work or the store… in silence… no radio, cd, or itunes!

9. Write yourself an encouraging letter

10. Plan your IDEAL LIFE in a journal
